 Jack L. Fischer, AIA
Mr. Fischer is a Principal Partner of Third Coast Consulting, LLC™. As an entrepreneur, world traveler and leader in the construction industry for over 30 years, Jack has diverse business and functional expertise, which brings a tenacious commitment to driving sales, profits and market-share growth for his clients. Jack brings a wealth of experience and expertise as an innovative thinker with broad-based experience in operations, finance and new business development. His proven ability to quickly analyze key business drivers and develop strategies to grow the bottom line serves Third Coast clients well. As former Secretary of Commerce for the State of Wisconsin under the Governor Doyle Administration, Jack has a wealth of contacts and relationships built with political and business leaders across the country and the world.  Timothy Stracka   
Mr. Stracka is a Principal Partner of Third Coast Consulting, LLC™. Tim brings extensive Wall Street experience and expertise to Third Coast clients in the areas of finance, investment management, equity sales and risk management. During his many years on Wall Street, Tim served as a senior investment partner, a principal manager of equity sales and as the executive director of institutional equity sales with firms like Susquehanna International Group, Morgan Stanley and Robert W. Baird. He earned his BBA in Finance and Risk Management at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Tim also played in the National Football League (NFL) for three seasons after a successful collegiate career with the Wisconsin Badgers.   <back to advisory board list>  <back to top>

 Sandra L. Fischer, Esq.  
Ms. Fischer, a Third Coast Senior Advisory Board Member, is an experienced adjudicator, public hearing attorney, litigator and corporate counsel with such law firms as The Fischer Group, Appleton, WI; Rudman and Winchell, Bangor, ME; Cohen and Channin, Hartford, CT; Department of Public Utility Control, New Britain, CT; and Murtha Cullina LLP, Hartford, CT. Sandra also has special interest and experience in the areas of public utilities and communications law. Sandra earned her BA in Economics at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and her JD at the Washington & Lee School of Law, Lexington, VA.   <back to advisory board list>

 William Madsen, Esq.  
Mr. Madsen, a Third Coast Advisory Board Member, is the senior partner at Madsen, Prestley & Parenteau LLC. William was most recently named a Super Lawyer for the State of Connecticut, where his law firm is the largest and fastest growing Connecticut-based law firm solely devoted to representing individuals in employment matters. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and is licensed to practice law before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit as well as the state and federal courts of Connecticut and Maine. William has also written and lectured extensively regarding employment law-related issues, ranging from non-competition agreements to disability discrimination to wrongful discharge. He received his undergraduate BA from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, his MA from Yale Divinity School and earned his JD from the Vermont Law School.   <back to advisory board list>  <back to top>

 John Westphal, CEO  
As CEO of Westphal & Company, Inc., Mr. Westphal is in charge of the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the company. John is a very hands-on owner who is actively involved with customer relations, business development, competitive bidding, pre-construction services and project management. Prior to his current position, John held roles in the Warehousing, Estimating, and Project Management areas of the company. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a State of Wisconsin Master Electrician.   <back to advisory board list>

 Scott E. Kelly, President 
Mr. Kelly, President of Kelly Financial, Inc., started in the business with his father after graduating from the University of Montana in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Scott received his Charter Life Underwriter (CLU) degree in 1996 and is a multi-year qualifier of Million Dollar Round Table, Court of the Table and Top of the Table producer. Scott is a past President of the Madison Association of Life Underwriters as well as the Madison Estate Planner Council. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of Goodwill Industries of South Central Wisconsin and also serves as a Board Member.   <back to advisory board list>

 Boyd C. Lumsden, M.D.  
Dr. Lumsden joined the Hand and Upper Extremity Center of Northeast Wisconsin in 2004 and is certified by the American Academy or Orthopedic Surgeons. He specializes in traumatic, degenerative, and congenital disorders afflicting the entire upper extremity, including arthroscopic and reconstructive procedures. Dr. Lumsden is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery with a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Surgery of the Hand. He received his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School and completed his Orthopedic Surgery residency training at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison. He also completed a Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.   <back to advisory board list>  <back to top>
